Faculty Development Consortium
We invite junior business school faculty (Assistant professors, Lecturers and Post-Doctorate scholars) in Strategic Management and associated areas to apply to participate in the first Faculty Development Consortium to be held as part of the Strategic Management Society’s India Conference in December 2008. The Consortium will meet on Dec 12, 2008 at the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad.
The goals of the Consortium are:
- To provide an opportunity for young business school scholars to gain insights on the research and publication process from internationally renowned senior strategy scholars
- To create an opportunity for scholars from different countries to meet and possibly create collaborative research partnerships
- To create a forum through which scholars from other countries can learn about exciting developments and research opportunities in India
We expect to be able to award a limited number of stipends to offset the costs of attending the conference. Early applications are encouraged.
